The above is good, except throwing it in the garbage. It can be used to soak your oats, wheat, and whole grain. "It neutralizes enzyme inhibitors, present in all seeds". When you use it for your oats, they cook faster than if you did not. This includes brown rice, although, not considered absolutly neceasary, helps with the digestion of rice and also allows it to cook faster. Get the book, it gives you lots of information and ideas!
