I would do the following in the order listed:

Colon Cleanse. Dr. Richard Schulze Formula #1 and #2 (I would do this twice)
parasite Cleanse. Barefoot Herbalist (MH)(I would do this for 14 days then do a liver cleanse and then continue another 16 days of the parasite cleanse)
Kidney Cleanse. Your choice. I have done Dr. Schulze 's. Barefoot offers one.
Then do another colon cleanse.

This is what I recommend. Please check the forums here on CZ you will find others talking about other products which you may prefer to use over the ones I've listed.
I have used many different products and these are the ones I like.
