Here is a list put together by someone on curezone called plzchuckle.
Health comes from stopping what makes us sick and starting to give the body what it needs to rebuild with healthy materials. Life on this planet gives us toxins to deal with and our American diets are killing us:
#1. drink PURE water, organic juices, organic herbal teas - 1/2 oz per pound of weight daily ... nothing else.
#2. eat organic foods, most of it raw ... supplement with unrefined, cold pressed plant oils, 3-5 tablespoons per day.
#3. do the cleanses ... do them in order ... do them THOROUGHLY.

Cleansing order is simple common sense. Your channels of elimination need to be operating in optimal order to allow the toxins to get out instead of being recirculated. If using one herbal cleansing line of products, cleasnings can be done at the same time with 3 exceptions and I will show you these, if you opt to do one at a time, here's the order:
#1. colon cleanse - do this until you have a bowel movement for every meal you eat when not taking the product.
#2. kidney cleanse - do the recommended cleanse then have another bottle of the product on hand if you get to feeling the kidneys after flushing or other cleanses. If it's herbal, it's food and safe to take as needed.
#3. parasite cleanse - as recommended. The product I take has a maintenance dose. 8 months after doing "my parasite cleanse" I haven't seen parasites in my toilet since yesterday. parasites are an ongoing problem, you're around people and pets that have parasites.
#4. liver cleanse - this is 2 parts
liver flushing - wait until you've done the first three for a minimum of 7 days
before starting. flush every 2-4 weeks until you are stone free.
liver cellular cleanse - herbal product like milk thistle AFTER you have the
liver decongested.
#5. lung cleanse - this one gets left out of most list. the lungs rid the body of about 2 pounds of toxins daily when they aren't constipated with a build up of old mucus. one needs to do plenty of reading on the herbs in lung cleansers, they are powerful and need to be used in a self-experimental CAREFUL manner, probably why they're left out of most cleanse lists. moving mucus out of the lungs too fast can literally be life threatening. I use a product calle AirRestore from MH that i literally started at 1 drop 3 times a day. from there, carefully seek your own level!!!
#6. lymph cleanse - the lymphatic system moves waste from the cells out of the body, but has no pump as the blood system does. this one is "self-pampering": dry skin brushing, walking, rebounding, sitz bathing, drinking plenty of fluids to keep the lymph thin.
#7. heavy metal cleanse - this is another one that needs to be on hold until the elimination system are optimal. things like chlorella or cilantro draw the metals out of storage, bind with them and escort them out of the body. this seems to be one of my major problems and i get detox symtoms ... achiness in muscles, bones, joints, headaches. i literally had to stop because my kidneys and liver aren't ready, they started HURTING. (y'all, i've been cleansing for 17 months and i'm not done yet ... do it THOROUGHLY ... capice? ... cleansing is NOT about taking a bottle of this that and the other ... you take multiple bottles of whatever until the job is done).
#8. candida cleanse - this is the only highly recommended cleanse that i beg to differ with. i have gone from 1 glass of apple juice before liver flushing giving me a SEVERE feminine yeast infection to being able to drink a gallon within 48 hours before flushing with no problem. i stopped feeding the candida white flour, White Sugar , processed foods, i started feeding my body unrefined plant oils instead of "white"/processed oils so that my cells can absorb glyconutrients, i started feeding my body raw fruit/as much as i can get in my body daily and the good bacteria and other steps are doing the balancing act.
#9. fullbody cleanse - this is juice fasting, not some product out of the health food store. again, your elimination system need to be fully functional before trying a long term fast. fasting can begin with 1 day a week, one weekend a month at any point and worked up from there. i hear alot of questions can i eat this, supplement with that while fasting. it's your fast and you can do it anyway you want!! you can supplement with oils, with herbs, you can eat a piece of the fruit that you're juicing for that day. the purpose of fasting is to allow your body to use the energy normally used for digestion for "house cleaning."
