Re: 5th liver cleanse-very depressed, weepy
Shelly,
Thank you for replying to my message and to all the others who responded. I have been wanting to ask you a question about mag. citrate. I used this
product in powder form (Natural Calm) (600 mg) on my 4th flush. It was very gentle and I felt great the whole time unlike I feel
when using
Epsom Salts . But I only got out 10 stones (as I said I didn't know to do an enema). The
Epsom Salt gives
me severe diahrrea starting after the first dose - sometimes I have slight rectal bleeding the next morning. I feel horrible
and can hardly stand the taste. The Nat. Calm product was not bad at all but I felt like I didn 't have a success. That is a
lot to go thru and only get out 10 stones. I'm wondering if there were others but w/o the laxative effect of es they didn't come
out. As I said that is when the
Depression began again.
Could you explain to me the protocol for using mag. citrate and step by step directions as to the timing and when to do the enema
and is one enema sufficient? Do you have diahrrea with the mag. citrate you use and where do you get How to you count the stones if they come out with everthing else. The
Epsom Salts cleans me out so
well that I only have clear water coming out with the stones. I can't imagine needing an enema after a bout with
Epsom Salts . I wonder
if I am allergic to it. I have
food allergies , candida, celiac, mitral valve prolapse, anxiety, depression, vertigo (the main symptom I am
trying to get relief from) fatique, migraine, etc. I also read that you should be careful with mag. citrate if you have candida. Is this
true - and if so, what about epsom salts? Isn't that mag. also?
Sorry this is so long. I have been to so many drs and tried so many things. I don't tolerate meds very well and am just at the end
of my rope. I began to feel better after doing Dr. Clarks
parasite cleanse and I stay on a maint. program. I tried to do the kidney
cleanse but did not tolerate something in it. I was feeling better from the
Liver Cleanses but this
Depression is hard.
Any insight you can give me is appreciated.
