Re: Miracle cream?

I found that Freederm website a while ago while searching for miracles! I think the point about not listing the ingredients is a good one; it's suspicious, and although the site claims the ingredients are all 'natural' or some such vague term, I found another resource (sorry, I can't remember what it was, but it seemed as if it was likely to be reputable) which said it contains steroids. That certainly put me off.

Have you tried the raw food thing? I've been doing it for the last few weeks, and my skin improved loads. I find it worth it. As time goes on, I don't mind eating/drinking the 'wrong' stuff occasionally, as long as I stick to the diet for the majority of the time, to make it a bit more flexible.
