2Life, I have used Primal Defense and do recommend it. I have never used glutamine.

I know that glutamine helps to heal the gut. Primal Defense did not take care of my candida issues.

My nephew was in college at the time of his diagnoses. His ulceration was initially minute, however by the time he had his colon removed, his total colon was ulcerated.
