Sadly, many of the so-called "experts" here are so narrowly focused that they do not always provide useful information. One already knows that Moreless will tell Kevin he is too acidic, the man knows no other answer. MH will tell him to take lower bowel balance and fast on orange juice. Maybe these things would help, maybe not. What people like Kevin need to do is read read read with an open mind.

I may not agree with every answer that was posted to him, but I believe there are caring and compassionate people trying to help him. But, as we both know, nothing is going to work until the person in poor health starts putting what he has learned into practice. An ounce of theory is worth a pound of manure, but an ounce of putting that theory into practice is worth its weight in gold. Collecting answers is not the answer, learning and doing is essential. I don't think the young man is ready to take that first step yet, he still wants easy answers. I'm afraid there is none.
