Ummm ok. So what's the opposite? Eating junk food and Mcdonalds and gaining weight from that must mean the diet is proper. LOL. I don't know what you're trying to say there but it makes no sense.
"not constipated anymore". Is most of the weight you're losing in your stomach? My first thought was most of the weight is probably bloat, fluid retention and..crap. Even people who weigh 100lbs can be holding on to 15lbs of water and crap. Either that, or not enough "healthy fats" like others have said. Nuts, Seeds, Oils, etc.
