Add healthy fats to your diet. One tablespoon of most oils has 120 calories, and your body needs fats to function properly. You can use olive oil or sesame oil on salads and cooked veggies. I find a little sesame oil on seasoned brown rice is delicious. Also include nuts and avocados daily. Don't overdo the fats, but be sure and include them. These fats will help keep your digestive and nervous system in good order as well as supply some extra calories.
