I've been on healthy Diet for 2 months now (raw/half cooked vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, vegetable/fruits juices) and I noticed I lost weight. I don't like it :( because I look like kate moss now. I'm definitely not a fan of skinny model look. Since i've been on healthy diet, I no longer suffer from constipation and sinusitis. I want a little flesh on my frame but I'll definitely not eat anymore those dirty fish and meat from the market that's been dead for hours and the cookies and other junk food at the supermarket! Do you have any idea how i can have my normal frame back without going back to eating junk food and unhealthy food? Your response will be greatly appreciated
