On the head of the penus, there is the "rim" at the lower edge of the head, just above where it joins the shaft. At the 'underside' of this rim, where it curves back towards the shaft, there are white 'tissues' [normally covered-up] that are fairly ridgid, and these can become exposed when fully erect.

Normally I never see them, only sometimes when fully erect. Sometimes they protrude - possibly after vigourous sex.

Anyone know what they are? And if they should stay covered up normally? And if circumsicion is why they become exposed? I have googled and searched for an hour and did not come up with the info I want... so if you can help, thx.
