As a circumsized male, I may have a problem shared by many others, but I cannot 'google up' any referances to it, and I have never talked to anyone about it. So, I have to post this here, even though it is a bit more than I am comfortable posting.

On the head of the penus, there is the "rim" at the lower edge of the head, just above where it joins the shaft. At the 'underside' of this rim, where it curves back towards the shaft, there are white 'tissues' [normally covered-up] that are fairly ridgid, and these can become exposed when fully erect.

Normally I never see them, only sometimes when fully erect. Sometimes they protrude - possibly after vigourous sex.

I believe this is unusual, and another problem of being circumsized. In fact, I didn't realise they were there until late into adulthood. I wonder if they are similiar to what we sometimes see in cats or dogs when they mate, and get "stuck" together - possibly from protruding white 'bands'that stick out when intercourse occurs.

Its nuts that we don't talk about sexual details more. I can't believe I don't know what this part of my anatomy is, at middle age.

Sex can be painfull for some circumsized men. The penus tip is maybe not protected enough, but also pain during intercourse may have something to do with these white-ish protrusions. They are tender to touch, but not pleasurable, so it can't be good.

Anyone know what they are? And if they should stay covered up normally? And if circumsicion is why they become exposed? I have googled and searched for an hour and did not come up with the info I want... so if you can help, thx.
