i don't have that white tissues underneath that's described by karlin, haven't seen nor heard of one before. you better check with your doctor on this especially if its painful to to touch.

i disagree when you said that circumsion can cause pain during intercourse, or during self-gratification for that matter. all you feel during esx should be pleasure. if you feel pain, see your doctor.
