Hi Monique. This is a informative reading. It means you have chronic parasite infection. The eosinophil count is low, because it is obviously not responding. It is being suppressed. This is classic for these types of infections.
A high reading would indicate positive for parasites, and active immune-response. It means your body is fighting it and making you sick. This would be for new invaders, such as something you pick-up in the tropics on a trip. Shroom
