Are you going to be taking them for arthritis?

If so, I suggest you try the protocol listed in the first of the post I made above.  And you might also try, crazy as it sounds, the gin and raisin remedy (I scoffed and made jokes about it until I spoke with three separate people who swore by it).

Whatever you use, I would suggest also using Bromelain - a true wonder supplement in my opinion.
