Fresh you've done an incredibly difficult MC. Basically you went two months with nothing but lemonades, water, and tea. Now you're working out and eating healthy... but have gained back some of the weight. STILL... I wouldn't be distraught over this. You've really jumpstarted your fitness level a TON. I can only hope to achive what you have accomplished.
You've hit a remarkable goal. Your thyroid condition may, unfortunately, just dictate that you are going to be a chronically larger person. One of my best friends has a similar condition and she is as healthy as an athlete... with the body of a big girl. There's literally NOTHING she can do about it. She eats virtually nothing. She's almost totally vegan. She eats low calories and low quantities of food. She drinks water like a sponge. She works out many times a week- and teaches dance. Yet... she's a larger woman. But she is one of the healthiest people I know.
Sure, PHYSICALLY she doesn't have a beach body. But she's going to outlive many of the people that do because of the way she lives.
Fresh... YOU sound like you have fundamentally changed the way you live. I understand the disappointment of not being thinner despite your tremendous effort. BELIEVE ME, DEAR, I KNOW. But you have to see your successes thus far as a blessing. Truly. It may not have taken the shape you had hoped... but you've got to be healthier for all this work. I can only encourage you to keep it up.
As for the thyroid condition... I have heard about the Iodine someone else on this thread mentioned. If all else fails, there's always the medication. Keep trying. Don't give up. Seriously... 53 days on a master cleanse is an inspiration to every one of us out here trying to do the MC, too.
