Hang in there fresh. You are such a superwoman for doing so many MCs. Most people can't even do 10 days. And by most people, I mean me! The most I've done is three days on water; this is my third day on
Master-Cleanse and I finally made it through. ( :
At any rate -- maybe you should take your meds so you don't lose all of your hard work. It's not your fault that your body has an imbalance, and no amount of exercise and diet modification will cure it.
Sometimes, you just have to take your meds and that is just fine.
Maybe then you can see and keep the results of all your hard work!
Other than meds, here are some tried and true tips:
1. Calculate your calories -- be very, very scrupulous. Sometimes, calories sneak into our day and we don't even realize it. You may be eating all the right things but too much of them.
2. Go to the American Cancer Society and figure out what your calorie needs are based on your height, weight and age. Or, do an Internet search and find a calorie needs calculator that takes your activity level into account.
