Your post: This would seem to indicate that poor soils, the nitrogen based fertilizers, and NPN, have a great deal to do with this elevated iron that ends up in our systems... the CH is making more and more sense to me.
Answer: The Calcium Hydroxide may help Neutralize the Excess Acids Created by the Excess Nitrogen as well as Cause the Nitrogen to be of an Isotope, which may easily be Removed from the body !
And the extra Calcium may render extra Iron to not Cause Toxicity, as may be the case when too much Iron may be present !
All things work together for the Good of keeping Life from Self Destructing in Nature !
But, Mankind in his Educated beyond his own Intelligence, generally Messes things up !
