however, it most likely does not take much.

Too much IP6 and I wonder what the repercussions are. Supplementation seems to me a very precarious balancing act.

It is advised to take IP6 away from other foods and supplements as it interferes with nutrition/mineral absorption.

Again, with IP6 we are dealing with an isolate and not the whole food. While as a supplement, it may indeed provide for seemingly wondrous results in some (most?) people, it is still far from a complete food with potential unknown effects as it is relatively new in popularity.

The unknowns which, in a worst case scenario, may include mineral/nutritional deficiencies (malnutrition) if over used could lead to the sick life that the user may have been trying to avoid.
