thanx for the info. i do read that board occassionally and i haven't read stuff there that says B5 damages health. maybe you can put a link to the particular thread and then i can check it out.
so far, from what i have read around the message boards all over is that B5 works at varied amount from 3-10g depending on individual needs. i take 7g currently...
most people find that they have dry lips and loose stools. in my case, i found that taking 10g causes diarrhea...
