Sorry guys, I should have written everything in English, but I was so excited to hear from a Russian girl that just could not stop.

What I know about the mentioned ingredients (Epsom Salt, Olive Oil, and Grapefruit Juice) that they are good for liver cleansing. Read about it on the left side of the front page.

But I also learned from several sources that before cleansing your liver, you have to do bowel cleansing because bad bacteria and toxins from the intestines have to go first.

Well, first what I did, I bought an enema :) I am just in the beginning of my treatment, so if you want to know how do it, here it is.
First week you do your enema every day, better after the sunset.
Second week, you do enema every other day.
Third week, every second day.
Fourth week and forever, once a week.

I would appreciate other recepies. Myself, I am still learning.
