Could you give me an example of a full body detox?
I am currently in day 5 of my first extended Water Fast and am definitely starting to show signs of detox, but I would like to be able to get it all out, not have it back-up. I am quite overweight, have already lost 14 pounds, but am sure that I am loaded with toxins because of my previous horrible lifestyle. I am trying very hard to change that. Any direction that you, or the others in this forum could give me would be greatly appreciated.
