Re: bleeding during fast

Hello again,
My bootcamp instructor said that the body just has a whole variety of ways of releasing during a detox or cleanse and this just happens to be our way!
I stopped for 2 days and now am bleeding again in full force. jeez.
Another fellow bootcamper did a juice fast retreat with her sister down in Desert Hot Springs (near Palm Springs) a few months ago and referred me to them thinking that with all the people who come thru their program they must have seen this before!
So, I just emailed them and will let you know if they respond.
