can't sleep! heart is keeping me up

I've had irregular heartbeat for years now.I'm only 25. It comes and goes...but for the past 5 days it's been very consistent and irradic :( I notice it starts after 3pm and last all night making it difficult for me to go to sleep because it's so uncomfortable for me.I'll fall asleep then my heart wakes me up. I can reallt feel the extra beat or skipped beat whatever it may be.

I went to a cardiologist 2 years ago and tehy said it was nothing to be concerned about but I'm concerned. The only other symptom I feel is a little pressure in my forehead but I'm not sure it's associated.

Anyone else experience this? Or have an idea what may be the cause? I rarely drink caffeine or take meds. PLease help????
