thanks so much for the links, i'm gonna email them to him as soon as i get home! he's trying to tell me his friend has better detox programs that are a wk or less. i told him there's no way that's gonna clean out half the gunk that a long fast will do! i will conveniently forget to tell them the next time i do a cleanse...it's too much work and emotional stress trying to defend myself and my actions!
