Elemental Se has a limit of 400-600mcg a day. When they make Se from Yeast at least some of it is converted into SeMe which has no limit. If we assume that only 50% has been converted wtih a 800mcg dosage will get us 400mcg of Elemental and 400mcg of SeMe which is still in the allowable limit.
If you buy SeMe (not cheap) then there is no practical limit.
