I still like the full rollback once a month if can't randomise it.

Folks that enjoy reading certain people will still continue to do so,
but those that want to read something new will spend more time browsing
through the other blogs more.

I think It would encourage new bloggers also , to know their stuff is actually
getting a chance to be read by more people, and further, to know that they are continuing to be read by actual viewer interest.
