hello, I'll try to list it, and apologize for going overboard.
1. flax seed is not compatible in raw state, it is stated
-- constipation, I knew in past
{so small crunch usually even adult teeth can have no impact on may be what is involved, but match through mouth is not just by pablum per se but true breakdown if trying to meet with ease by compromise}
-- thyroid malfunction interferes with the release of this raw form leaving burden of cyanide. Not informed enough on that yet, but it supports the other fact.
2. soaking until they gel could produce water soluble benefit
(I do mine in coconut juice most frequently)
-- not a problem on intestines
-- edema and other troubles i.e. low morning energy that could be connected to thyroid problems were dramatically not there after cucumbers were combined to it overnight. (In span of course, not a panacea)
The self producing water of cucumber in dish might have operated live protein value as the yogurt soak theory called for in cancer remedies.
[This piqued my curiosity, such oncological clues rounding endocrine nourishment, for instance some sunshine for
Breast Cancer reductions... when the discussed lobed gland is coincidentally also helped by that light and other improvements on that part of the neck go back to showing a plus with cancerous struggles often. I haven't had the combination again yet but the idea with sesame seeds presoaked stuffed and stuffed in onion then pineaple added. Personally I'm not uniquely looking to anything in diet, but want to share this concept for rotation.
