#37074 is that 37 074 because 370 74 could be confusing? [just a cute thing?]

hi, I'm replying but lacking exact answer... I'm finally on a computer with full working keyboard late, so I'll have to google it tomorrow. It was recently seen so it should be easy.

but I wanted to first emphasize the endocrine warning was about what is directly raw flax seed. For me this wasn't life-changing but reinforcing. Because I'd already heard the food was could be constipatingly difficult if crunched hence folks put it through the grinder maybe, but it's also not passing well through bloodstream nutritionally if not made water soluble which is done via soaking. Therefore, the new news with more need to make sure it's changed should also be accomplished during small scale fresh fermentation. That is, since off-list thyroid items like cabbage are made fine as sauerkraut... yes, I will try to get that link over too when more online time is available.

I just wanted to relate for now, the flax seed ingested as exampled in my post was beautiful as helping wedding ring looseness but I don't want to add agitation to that now over clock lol... while that stuff put me to sleep in part as night snack but talking about it doesn't of the hour hee-hee... especially when I want to say the jewelry symbol swings like cradling when I can fiddle with with it because there's a simple mother-child signet for matrimony, and by the way I'm in the momentum of wanting -- which is pictured better with me wearing it not tighly.

Ok I'll attempt to be quick with the url info later;
but locating now time to get off,
Carolyn.
