Angstrom minerals are extremely expensive 90 buks a month for just six elements ! I can imagine how much they could cost if you bought the full spectrum of all the major elements and all the trace elements the body needs ! Good quality calcium hydroxide cost 2 bucks for a four or five year supply magnesium sulphate a buck for a quart and blackstrap molasses, kelp and apple cider vinegar supply all the trace minerals known to man very inexpensively!
