A friend of mine went to a naturopath and he asked her to bring all her supplements to check them out! The coral calcium she was using tested high for mercury she stopped taking it and she felt better in a few days!
Calcium citrate is very absorbable, but calcium hydroxide is better if taken with frsh lemons as most pure forms of calcium need an acid to absorb them! This is why most calciums come with vitamin D!
