question about cleanse

I bought paraCease and it says to do it for 90 days the first time cleansing. Now should I break in between or not, so they do not become resistant? each bottle gives you enough for 30 days. Also do you need to take pro biotics while doing parasite cleanses? It also says not for long time use because of the cascara sagrada. 90 days seems like a long time to me. So any suggestions would be very helpful. Tweet
