What kind of fast did you do for 60 days? Were you just trying to cleanse or lose weight as well? Did you lose much weight? How have you kept it off if you did? Sorry about all the questions, but your name pops up a lot on here, so I assume you know a little more than the rest of us.
I have begun a 40 day water fast, to be followed by 40 days of juice transitioning to raw foods, and then back to a healthy diet. I am doing this to lose weight, lower my cholesterol, and regain control of my appetite in regards to food. Besides it being ambitious, what are your thoughts and/or suggestions on my fasting goals? Thank you for any input you might have.
