I have not experienced it firsthand. But I have fasted in a center before and among the many miracles the director shared with us was a woman who came in with horrific eyesight and thick glasses and left completely healed and able to see well without glasses. He encouraged her to fast without her glasses on - He says that when you give the body a crutch it uses it. You might want to play around with that. Tweet
