Re: Please help with your advice.. problems are driving me crazy

whats up wurm?
I am also 'getting back to normal' in terms of regularity after a LONG stint of only eating rare/raw meats that I believe created it all in the first place (in spite of 'claims' that it relieves constipation and all this other fawking BS!)
That left me in a severly dehydrated, constipated and filled with parasites (I believe, but most unlikely and just paranoia lol)

I have tried the whole Oxypowder and seanna root thing,OP works wonders but it left me feeling dependent on it as well as not being able to go if I am not using it.
Activia works but it gives me headaches and funny zoned out feeling,I am allergic to dairy in the worst way.Raw veggies cramped me up like a mofo,so does too many salads.Fruits left me hypoglycemic and somewhat wirey antsy. The only thing natural that worked was pineapple smoothies, though even those left me feeling zoned out and cracky feeling because of the sugar.Worked great though!Metamucil sucks..it left me bloated, peeing alot and crampy.

I was desperate and didn't want to go back to OP or any kind of colon cleansers..
SSSsssooooooooooooOOOOOOOooo....

I reverted to ONLY eating beans(Nally chili, drained),steamed veggies salads..
did that for 2 weeks and low and behold..I am regular again! For some reason I can only take in kidney beans and not any other kind of beans but they work great for me!I have a 19 oz. can everynight before bed now.During that two weeks I have experimented with twice a day,in the morning and before bed..that worked a little too well
(:
I was dropping missles effortlessly lol

Also,I find it best to eat moist foods, foods that contain alot of water in them..
steamed veggies(broccoli, grean beans, cauliflower, zuccinietc.),kidney beans, oranges, bannanas etc.As long as it's moist, has a high water content and SOFT.The next time you eat something,if it's hard and dry, crunchy or thick,dense..it'll most likely be hard to digest and back you up.

(:
