I just noticed this post. Thank you! You are soo full of information. I am now researching Iodine more in depth. I have been taking the kelp supplments and my prenantal has some Iodine in it. My total intake with the prenatal and the kelp is 375 mcg per day. I hope thats enough. I didn't know that Iodine helps with weight loss. That is awesome! I would like to either maintain or lose weight the healthy way this pregnancy. I am worried that the iodine will bring out Acne but we will see. I will try the methods to help prevent that from happening. Well I better get back to bed.
