Tellu, Yes I know, a lady in my office gave up too, but I was determined. Originally I could not drive at night because the car lights had halo's around them. And our X-mas tree looked like it had stars in it.
Now I don't even know I have it in. The strength is a little bit less than my reading glasses because that makes it easier. For very fine print I check with my reading glasses. I like it that I can go out to eat and read the menu and see my food :) or when you go a store you can read the price tags.
For 20 years I have never changed the strength, I think it is 3.50.

You might give it another try and start slowly. It makes you look younger!!
I read about it in a men's magazine, so men don't have to walk with glasses around their neck. Tweet
