Nearsighted vision has improved with iodine.

I just went to the eye Dr. to have my prescription renewed. He was baffled. My distance vision has continued to decline slightly every year, but for the first time my near sighted vision has actually improved!! He told me that almost never happens in my age group (I'm 51). I've been taking Iodine for about 2 months now, but didn't expect this. I am taking it in the hopes of increasing my energy, mental functioning, and to regulate my period. I've had surgery to remove fibroids, which made no difference, that I can tell. Tweet
