He is using the Dr to give the false illusion that he is qualified to comment on medical matters.  When a PhD is introduced as doctor it is customary to identify the specialty.

If you use 'Dr' title by itself, in this society it implies a medical practitioner.   You know this, you are just embarrassed I caught called you on you attempted deception.  The first time might have been ignorance, the second makes you a liar.

Votes don't count when they are gained by emotion and the facts are ignored.  I suggest you visit a real doctor to check you for brain damage, perhaps the onset of dementia.  These simple issues seem to be beyond your comprehension.
