I just noticed on my bottle that it says Iodides Tincture (Decolorized Iodine) It has Potassium Iodides and Ammonium in it. Is that why I didn't see any additional benefit from it? Of course I'm perfectly happy with my nails just from ingesting Lugol's iodine. Perhaps my nails can not get any stronger at this point. Any thoughts?
