Biotin WILL make a difference in hair and nails (at least it did for me). My hair/nails grew SO much faster and did seem to get a bit stronger.

I haven't been "dipping my nails", only taking Lugol's orally, but I'm mighty tempted to give 'em a "dip or two" weekly and see what happens.

Now...where can I find some of that decolorized iodine? I'll try eBay first and see what I come up with there.
