Re: Weak and/or Brittle Nails - IODINE?!

i am going to post a full update soon as to what's been going on with me due to Iodine (good stuff) but i will respond in this post to the nail thing. all of my symptoms are right sided for the most part, and my nails on my right hand have been HORRIBLY flaky and brittle and thin for quite some time now...and my skin is always raw around the fingertips. This is all getting better and better as each day passes. my finger nails are getting harder and they are actually starting to grow again on this hand!! i ALWAYS had beautiful finger nails growing up and they have gone to sh*t as i have gotten older. it is nice to see them getting better finally!
