I'm so sorry to hear you are having problems with them. They are very powerful. I would go to his website and there is a picture that shows how they should be put together. Use a compass and check each side of each magnet and make sure it matches the website picture. For the negative it should point north and positive it should point south. Hope that helps in case they are put in backwards.
