What I do is take some acidophilus. I used to do this even before I knew about cleansing or anything when my stools had an odor to them. I take 4-5 a day, once a day, until the stool no longer smells, which is usually two days. Then if and when it barely starts again, I take the dose again and usually don't have to take anymore for a while. I just use the kind from Walmart, works for me. It helps eliminate gas too. I could never get into enemas, but taking a higher dose causes a quick cleansing.
