207, 32, cheese, dairy, eggs O/T

Although I don't believe the egg ban...but just the look and taste of melted cheese- it does look loaded with something greasy doesn't it

Heredity plays some part in cholesterol. It is the substance that produces new cells...I had it too...I was wondering why the body should be working overtime to produce more material for new cells...what is off that such a thing would go on?
