Inversions

Hi I bet you are fair or thin skin and have had problems with either dark circles under the eyes before, perhaps suffered from migraines?

You r blood may be a bit impure or in the process of eliminating a toxic load if you are cleansing. The inversions will cause a lot of pressure, the blood being concentrated will cause freckle type marks to show more easily through your skin and your eyes will collect this pooled blood also.

If you suffer from migraines or headaches be aware of any tenseness, contractions or spasms in the facial area as they can cause restrictions and be more serious. Those who suffer from headaches such as this may either be from transient spasms or arteries/capillaries that dilate too much or too rapidly.

Perhaps doing a cleanse to lessen the load of impurities in the blood shall help.
