Just been thinking about this again and what I do remember is that during my last checkup the doctor mentioned a slightly higher cholesterol level of about 207. Now this isnt so bad but considering I am only 32 and mostly vegetarian it seems a bit odd. Can this be related? Sounds like that would fall into the category of "obstructed blood", right? What cleanses should I do best? Liver?
