well, spring water is best. water with minerals. distilled water is very unhealthy according to dr mercola and i agree. fluoride is a trace mineral that we need, but we don't need to supplement with it because we get a more than adequate amount of it. all our food is washed in it. most beverages are made with it. there is no shortage. supplementation through dental and water is overkill and can lead to mottled teeth and brittle bones.
