Re: Very worry and scare

I agree with the response to try Lysine. l Lysine is a viral fighter and it clears up herpes simplex quickly which stays dormant in your body forever unless you get stressed or run down. The sexual herpes is in the same family. Lysine is an amino acid which is a building block of protein. We don't always get all the needed amino acids in our diet. Different foods have different combinations of amino acids. Lysine is critical as an immune system builder. It also dries up muchous membranes and is helpful for those with congestion. I do not have the sexual herpes but I have had chronic cold sores from herpes simplex. I take 3000 mg when I am really sick. I have taken that dose at 145 lbs and now at 180 lbs. I have taken 2000 mg in the morning and 2000 mg at noon and 3000 mg at bed time. I would back off of this dosage as I got better. Ending with 1000 mg morning noon and night. After about a week I would try to be totally off them. I have taken Lysine in small doses for extended periods of time. It is like an acetophenimine in that it can eventually be hard on your kidneys or liver (I can't remember which).

Lysine has been the most beneficial vitamin my family has ever taken. We seldom need a doctor.

If your problem is viral sourced, this may be one of your best approaches.

Let your mate in on this or you could really have a serious problem. It is very rare, but in my home town a few years back either the mother or the child in a family died from the herpes simplex virus because it got into the brain stem somehow of the other person who did not have it originally. Who would have thought it so contagious and able to cause death. It was rare but my point is that your mate needs the opportunity to be treated as well like you do if you have a herpes virus.

Hope this is helpful.
