Very worry and scare

Hi,
I had performed unprotected oral sex on a women on 5th Feb, after 3 weeks, suddenly i felt fatigue and my neck very tired, my lips were dry and chapped, I went to see a doctor for blood test and throat culture test for gonoarheea. The blood test result came back as my hsv 1 positive.
At first, i suspect my dry and chapped lips was due to this herpes, but it was 2 months now, even I apply lip balm to moisturise it for a week, my lips still not recover, once I did not apply lip balm, the dry and chapped lips came back immediately!!! This really make me worried and scare!!!

What STD am I suffering?? Anyone of you can answer me? Can any doctor here give me some advice?? I am very scared.
